We know every competitor says the same thing. Every roofing company claims they're "Insurance Claims Experts" or state how many years of experience they have with insurance claims. A vast majority of roofers all have access to the same software, the same documents to assist in Insurance Claims, the same materials to renovate your home and relaying those costs to your insurance, so what in the world makes us any different? We understand that not all claims are the same. Insurance claims are like a PUZZLE in a sense. Not all claims turn out the same, all the pieces of information are different, but when we're finished, everything will be complete. Some homeowners have experienced first hand where all their neighbors have their roofs and insurance claims approved, where as their claim is underpaid or denied. We recognize just about every claim is different, every insurance company is different, and every customer is different.
Any company who is for profit will always be looking on how to increase their profit, and insurance companies do just that. The policyholder is on the wrong side of the equation when it comes to insurance unfortunately. You're sold a policy that generates profit, and in turn if you ever have to submit a claim for your property, your vehicle, or anything else, that profit from the years upon years you pay for then has to be given back, depending on severity of damage.
No matter the type of claim be it Wind, Hail, Hurricane, Fire, etc., we have the resources to make sure you the policyholder is indemnified!
We recognize that many home and business owners need estimates when it comes to their insurance claim. we are more than happy to provide an estimate in different forms for you. We strongly suggest that with an insurance claim you have the proper estimate, with the proper items included. Our estimating can be done in a lump sum method, where the total amount is shown on how much it will cost to renovate your home or business, or, an itemized estimate that is in the same language your insurance company typically uses. There are different reasons to use one or the other, so please contact us if you'd like a more in depth explanation for which one will work best for you!
